Custom Texture
QAL suggested the integration of a custom, smooth water droplet texture to Carma Labs to help differentiate their product. The look and feel references the characteristic of Carma’s chap stick
Deluxe Presentation
Through the combination of color shift inks, prismatic, holographic, glitter, and metalization QAL was able to help the Wheel of Fortune game simulate the look of the iconic game show’s prize wheel. The multiple specialty techniques are made possible through single-pass combination printing process.
Glitter
With our fully in-line printing and converting process, QAL can apply decorations such as glitter without adding time and expense of a secondary print run.
Holographic
Specialty coating can be applied in a custom pattern. This creates the look of holographic movement without the cost of specialty materials or custom foils.
Pattern Prysmatic
For Oggi Jeans, QAL developed a branded pattern in combination with our prismatic technology. The result is a one of a kind high-end tag with eye catching prismatic movement.
Spot Foil Carton
Oscar Blandi approached QAL for a cost effective solution to incorporate a metallic seal into their carton presentation. Cold foiling is a low cost alternative to hot stamp.

QAL’s production process for cartons offers versatility in material selection. Options included coated, uncoated, and metalized, board stock. Clear or frosted cartons are great to make a high-end statement, showcasing the product within.
