Increased Productivity

Booklet labels are offered up to 15” x 24”. For Bona, the fit was perfect for their NBA endorsed floor protection. A custom cut and stack booklet was developed to work around the constraints of the ears and bail.

Meeting the Challenge
QAL’s Roll-Fed ECL met the challenge posed by Spectrum Brands: produce a roll-fed label that delivers all required content and carries coupons without increasing labeling time. The result is an ECL/IRC combo label that applies at the same speed as the brand’s single ply label.
