Circular Booklet
Pressure Sensitive ECLs from QAL are customizable for any shape. Ampro chose a circular label for their jar cap rather than adding a second bottom label. This reduces labeling time and costs.
Clear ECL Wrap Label
QAL Pressure Sensitive ECLs are customizable. Users may select an option that combines a clear wrap with opaque pages.
Combination of Materials
QAL’s proprietary ECL construction is offered in a construction that combines both clear and opaque pages. This option provides the classic no label look for the front graphics and additional pages on the back to meet regulatory requirements.

QAL suggested the integration of a custom, smooth water droplet texture to Carma Labs to help differentiate their product. The look and feel references the characteristic of Carma’s chap stick
Diapering Act
When clear film labels are applied to your container, the label itself becomes almost invisible. You get the look of custom direct printed containers without loosing the flexibility labels offer.
Environmentally Friendly
The Aveda brand is known for their eco-conciouns approach. QAL’s ECLs are a perfect match. The ultra thin construction does not include a laminate for closure which allows more labels per roll, reducing transport emissions and raw material consumption. The all film construction allows for single stream recycling with the bottle.
Family Pricing
You want to provide your customer with options. QAL wants to provide you with combined volume pricing options. When the label is the same size, QAL will consider multi-sku orders as one higher volume run price.

Foiling on PS Labels
Foiling and the classic “no label” look provided a cost effective solution for Hawaiian Tropic’s shelf appeal. Clear PS labels offer the look of direct screen printing without high minimums or risk of obsolete inventory.
Glitter
With our fully in-line printing and converting process, QAL can apply decorations such as glitter without adding time and expense of a secondary print run.
Maximum Space
When your packaging profile is small, label space can be a challenge. Pressure Sensitive ECLs are offered in 3-, 5- and 7-page constructions. With up to 600% more label space, booklet labels are the answer to fit all required and desired content.
Not Just for Aerosols
Often, aerosol cans are first to mind for a roll-fed Label. But any container not requiring front orientation can be labeled roll-fed. Roll-fed labels are a more cost effective solution to pressure sensitive labels.

Roll-Fed ECLs are frequently used to meet regulatory requirements, add application-multi-lingual content, cross promote, incorporate coupons, and provide additional consumer education or use tips.
Pearlescent Labels
Pearlescent coatings offer a subtle elegance. Pearlescent is applied in-line during our printing process rather than a second step; keeping costs down.
Screen Printing
Using 3 screen-printed colors with a customer color match results in an elegant product package for Neutrogena’s Triple Moisture Recovery Mask. QAL has an in-house ink formulator and capability for multi-color screen printed labels.
Spot Foil Carton
Oscar Blandi approached QAL for a cost effective solution to incorporate a metallic seal into their carton presentation. Cold foiling is a low cost alternative to hot stamp.
Thinnest Construction
QAL pressure sensitive booklets are the thinnest construction offered for multi-page labels. This offers more labels per roll which reduces roll change over on your application lines. You will also save on shipping. The aesthetically pleasing slim profile integrates well with the container.
Top Hinge Booklet Label
Dove roll-on utilizes a unique container with complex curves. To meet FDA requirements, QAL developed a custom shaped booklet that hinges at the top; allowing consumers to easily open and reseal the label.
Upscale Labels
Adding texture to Metro 505’s minimalistic, modern design delivered the upscale label the brand was after. QAL partners with our customers to offer deco solutions to incorporate into labels to meet brand objectives.
Variety of Material
QAL’s production process for cartons offers versatility in material selection. Options included coated, uncoated, and metalized, board stock. Clear or frosted cartons are great to make a high-end statement, showcasing the product within.
Vibrant Color
Hawaiian Tropic appeals to their demographic through a combination of bright bottles and trigger sprays with high impact graphic Pressure Sensitive Labels. UV inks offer vibrant and consistent color.
Wrap Around Booklet
For Vicks’ QAL developed a custom booklet label for their signature bottle shape. By design, this wrap around booklet opens on the back panels for a user friendly experience.
