Corporate Quality Policy

Our Corporate Quality Policy was recently reviewed and updated by the quality team in October of 2015. All employees were also re-trained on the policy during a company luncheon.

Quality is important to our business because we value our customers, both internal and external. We strive to provide our customers with products and services which meet and exceed their expectations. We are committed to continuous improvement and have established a Quality Management System which provides a framework for measuring our performance.

We have systems and procedures in place to support us in our aim of total customer satisfaction and continuous improvement throughout our business. Our internal procedures reviewed regularly and held in the Document Management System which is made available to all employees.

All employees have responsibility within their areas of work to ensure that Quality is embedded within the whole of the company, our processes and products.
